Among these challenges is the issue of youth restiveness, which has often manifested in the vandalization of public assets, particularly oil pipelines and transmission stations. Recently, Comrade Lucky Dibia, a prominent figure in the Niger Delta Youth Movement, voiced a crucial appeal for peaceful conduct among the region's youth.
