In the vibrant landscape of Nigeria's Niger Delta region, the need for sustained development and empowerment has never been more pressing. With ongoing efforts to uplift communities, General Ebiae Humphrey, the esteemed leader of the Eyara camp in the presidential amnesty Program has made an impassioned call to all sons and daughters of the Niger Delta. His message is clear: in the face of challenges and opportunities, solidarity is paramount. In the signed letter addressed to our correspondents, General Humphrey urges support for Dr. Dennis Otuaro in repositioning the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) office, highlighting the impressive achievements made under Otuaro’s leadership in just one year.

It is also on notice that a group of self serving faceless individuals who are not happy with the pace of progress and achievements of Otuaro, are bent on distabilizing and clamouring for a change in leadership of the Amnesty Program, we call on such agents of darkness to desist from such distraction and selfish agenda. Such agitation is frivolous and lousy. We stand by Otuaro, we believe in his capacity and dexterity.

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, since assuming his role, has embarked on a transformative journey to enhance the efficacy and reach of the PAP office. His leadership has brought forth a renewed sense of purpose and momentum, fostering an environment where previously marginalized voices can be heard, and empowerment initiatives can thrive.
