The Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rep Kingsley Ogundu Chinda and Hon. Hon Kelechi Nwogu, MHR, DSSRS, Joined the FCT Minister, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike - CON, GSSRS to honour the 70th birthday Thanksgiving service of Rt. Hon Ken Chikere at St Paul's cathedral, Diobi Port Harcourt.
Rivers East’s trailblazer of human capacity development, Senator Allwell Onyesoh honours Rt Hon. Chikere Austin—the member representing Port Harcourt Constituency 1—on the occasion of his 70th birthday being held today in Port Harcourt. 
This epochmaking celebration of the senior statesman kicked off with a thanksgiving service at St Paul’s Cathedral Church, Port Harcourt. And had in attendance a colourful assembly of the crรจmรจ de la crรจmรจ of Rivers politics and beyond: including the performing Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Ezebunwo Nyesom Wike (CON, GSSRS). 
Rt Hon. Ken Chikere, who turns 70 today, is the member representing Port Harcourt Constituency 1 in the National Assembly and also a devout member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). He has, over the years, significantly enabled the delivery of democratic dividends to the people of PHALGA 1. 
It is in appreciation of his contributions to shaping the democratic ideals of our dear state, in recognition of his dependable spirit of camaraderie and friendliness, and for their shared vision for the growth and prosperity of Rivers State that the Senator joins every man of goodwill to celebrate him today.
