The Niger Delta Youth Movement rose from an emergency NEC and Stakeholders meeting with a resolve to drop all petition against erstwhile NNPCL Boss, Mele Kolo Kyari
This withdrawal is in the best interest of all, and we really want to use this medium to advice the good people of Niger Delta Region to distance themselves from acts that could disrupt peace and to embrace genuine leadership, because much have been lost and much more is yet to be achieved.
We, the Niger Delta Youth Movement (NDYM), by this public declaration, formally withdraw our petition lodged against Mr. Mele Kyari, dated April 28, 2025.
This withdrawal is made of our own volition, free from any form of coercion, duress, or undue influence. We hereby affirm that this decision is entirely voluntary and reflects our genuine intention to discontinue the aforementioned petition.
We respectfully request that all relevant parties, individuals, and organizations take cognizance of this withdrawal and forthwith cease any further action, proceeding, or process related to this petition.
Sincerely,

Comr. Lucky Dibia
