The commissioning of the Apo/Wasa road by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, dubbed "Mr. Project," marked a significant milestone for the residents and traders in the area. The event was characterized by a sense of joy and renewal among community members, market association leaders, and stakeholders who gathered to witness the official unveiling of the new infrastructure. 
Residents and market leaders expressed overwhelming happiness, acknowledging the positive impact of the road on their daily lives and economic activities. The improved access and connectivity are expected to facilitate smoother transportation, boost trade, and foster community development. Their enthusiasm was palpable as they showed their support and gratitude, pledging solidarity with the FCT Minister, AMAC Chairman Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, and President Bola Ahmed TINUBU. These leaders have indicated their commitment to working together to further develop the area, and residents have promisingly expressed their intentions to support these leaders in the upcoming elections.
Furthermore, the chairman of the Apo Mechanics & Traders Unity Forum conveyed heartfelt thanks to Wike for prioritizing their needs. He also emphasized the urgent necessity for the relocation of mechanics and traders to their permanent site, which would ensure a more organized and conducive environment for their businesses. The forum leader urged Wike to expedite this process, highlighting the importance of sustainable development and long-term planning in the community.
