Honourable Joshua Chinedu Obika, representing the AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency, has proven to be a remarkable and impactful legislator whose dedication and achievements warrant his return for another term. As a member of the Labour Party, he has distinguished himself not only through his political affiliation but also through his unwavering commitment to the welfare and development of his constituents.
Since assuming office, Hon. Obika has continually set a high standard for effective representation. His detribalized approach, focusing on unity and development rather than ethnic and political divides, has fostered harmony within his constituency. This focus-driven mindset has enabled him to spearhead numerous initiatives that have significantly transformed Abuja, particularly the AMAC and Bwari areas.
One of his notable contributions is the donation of scholarships to underprivileged students, providing them with opportunities that could change their lives and uplift their communities. His support for local markets by providing wares has boosted small businesses, encouraging economic empowerment at the grassroots level.
