Akpatason hails Okpebholo on Supreme Court Victory

The member representating Akoko-Edo Federal Constituency in the House of Representative, Rt. Hon. Peter Akpatason has congratulated Governor Monday Okpebholo on the Supreme Court’s affirmation of his election victory freely given him by the good people of Edo State in September 2024.

Akpatason described the Supreme Court judgment as the will and the wishes of Edo people. He said the judgement is nothing but the reflection of the democratic will expressed at the polls. He commended the Supreme Court for upholding truth and justice in its ruling.

The lawmaker said, " What happened yesterday is a triumph of truth against falsehood, the judgement once again, demonstrated that no matter how much the tool of propaganda and lies are deployed, it can never override facts." 

He further expressed his confidence in the governor's ability to deliver exceptional and quality service to the good people of Edo State. "The governor has so far shown his unwavering dedication, his bold vision to carry our dear state to a greater height, his proven leadership since he was sworn in as the governor of the State is evident to everyone.”

Akpatason wishes the governor the needed wisdom to continue to pilot the affairs of the State and pray that the good Lord will grant him the strength required to fulfill all his campaign promises to the good people of Edo State.
