NIGER DELTA INTELLIGENTSIA TEAM DECRIES NEGLECT OF SONS AND DAUGHTERS IN THE REGION FROM FEDERAL APPOINTMENT CALLS ON TINUBU TO REAPPOINTMENT ORISEMEYIWA INTO OTHER POSITION

COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF HIGH POWERED MEETING HELD IN HOTEL PRESIDENTIAL PORT HARCOURT, RIVERS STATE BY THE COALITION OF NIGER DELTA INTELLIGENTSIA TEAM & EX-AGITATORS GENERALS FORUM TO ADDRESS STATE OF THE NATION & TO APPEAL TO PRESIDENT, BOLA AHMED TINUBU TO CONSIDER  FORMER EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT(UPSTREAM) NNPCL, MRS ORISEMEYIWA EYESAN FOR FURTHER APPOINTMENT.


For the record and identification purposes, the Coalition of Niger Delta Intelligentsia Team & Ex-Agitators Generals Forum held an emergency meeting and adopted the following resolutions;


The Coalition expresses regret on their sons and daughters that were relieved from their respective positions in NNPCL.


The Coalition constrained and prompted by Political events, pass vote of absolute confidence on the personality and office of the immediate past Executive Vice President Up-Stream of NNPCL, Mrs. Oritsemeyiwa Eyesan, and also call on Mr President to consider her for further appointment.


Finally, the Coalition is in full support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led renewed hope agenda and developmental policies aimed at transformation and economic growth of this nation.

Our Niger Delta Region must remain united, and our leaders must be given the space to govern and advocate for our people without fear of politically motivated attacks. We call for calm, respect for due process, and the preservation of the dignity of our national leaders. We will continue to advocate for the welfare of our people and the progress of our region.
