Despite not starting life with the privileges some might assume, young Ramatu navigated challenges with determination, shaping her into the trailblazer she would become.

Her educational pursuit was equally rigorous and purposeful. She attended Dawaki Primary School in Suleja from 1976 to 1982, followed by Federal Government College in Minna until 1988. After completing remedial studies, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1995.
